I believe I am getting best of both worlds, group training and personal attention. I love to work in group environment and at the same time I get personal attention given my personal limitations. The coaches at Movement inc do a wonderful job understanding an individual's specific need. For example, over head weight lifting is challenge for me, while trying to overcome this, we replaced it with floor lifting. I noticed same level of personal attention shown for everyone depending on their need.

My life has changed for good since I started training with Movement Inc. I had no knowledge of proper eating. The approach towards nutrition at Movement Inc is very practical and at the same time effective. Now I know to differentiate food groups. I am eating healthy which has resulted in me losing fat and at the same time maintaining my muscle mass and strength.

Strength was never part of my wish list and now I have an entirely different point of view on that. I lift weights now and enjoy doing it as well.

I've always loved my carbs and sugar. It used to be my go to solution for bad days, good days, some very good days and sometimes because i was just reading a good book. One of the biggest revelations of eating differently was portion control. You stick to it in the beginning because you are motivated by weight loss. But after you've reached a good place, to continuously maintain the habit is the challenge. But thanks to the personalised nutrition plan that's developed instead of a one plan fits all scenario, consciously or otherwise you eat smaller plates of food, indulge less in greasy food and feel the need to eat right atleast five days a week if not all seven. This has made a whopping difference in my life.

My day is incomplete without coming in for class. Even if its raining, or I've had a late night at work or been travelling, I'm always trying to squeeze in the four days a week. Almost like an addiction! There are some days I  feel like I  can take on the world and some days when I may not feel the mojo, but thanks to not knowing what's in store on a particular day, there's always a sense of excitement and mystery hanging in the air. It's also nice to walk into a group of familiar faces who are as resolved as you.   
Coaches can make or break a training session. One of the main reasons for not sticking around at several gyms in the city were the lack of attention and interest shown by coaches.

I think what has happened is I've made some changes to my lifestyle that are not life altering but that can easily be sustained over a long time. Simple small steps that in no way involves more money or that much more effort. ​​​​​​​
VIDYA SRIDHAR
This is again that time of the year to express my sincere thanks to you and all the coaches of Movement Inc for keeping me moving and pain free. Completed 5 years of training with you - quite a significant amount I think.
As I have mentioned in my previous mails, thanks to the regular training that I receive under your guidance, my sugar and BP remain stable and at satisfactory levels; all my numbers were near perfect  during my last medical checkup.I could complete the treadmill test without any problem.
My biggest happiness is in being able to restart my Veenai classes a year back, which I had discontinued a few years ago due to my knee pain. Now I am able to sit cross legged on the floor for a considerable amount of time without much trouble.
You and your team are quite resourceful and creative in coming up with novel and interesting ways of keeping the bunch engaged and active. Even in these days of lockdown you are trying your best to keep us fit.
Once again my heartfelt thanks to Team Movement Inc and hoping to train with you for many more years to come.

CHUKA RAMANAN
I have hated the concept of a gym all my life, but damn these guys made me fall in love with it. Then I started missing it during the lockdown and they started this. I have also become that person who works out during my period, with endometriosis and all it is hard but they got me there. It’s worth it.

NRUTYA ARVIND

1.How has training with movement inc improved your life?
 I have always struggled with weight issues and especiiay after both my pregnancies dropping weight was becoming difficult. I have also always been exercising and exercising without caution perhaps and have a few injuries because of that ,now after movement inc I  am not exercising mindlessly, there is more focus.I am fitter than I was before.

2. Walk us through how you approach eating differently now compared to before you started working with us?
I guess I am more aware of what I am eating .I have a better sense of the amount of food I am consuming. 
Also earlier grains were the focus now it’s the vegetables which are the focus of my every meal.

3. How do you feel walking into a training session with movement inc ? 
I feel  good and just in case I don’t , I know I will feel better after the session. 

4. Do you feel the work ethic or exercise schedule you've adopted is something you can sustain for a while?
Yes , this is definitely something that I can continue forever. There are times when I am really tired or stressed  but I go for my workouts because after that I feel much better, it reduces my stress levels drastically.

5. What is your experience with the coaches at movement inc? Group classes have a reputation for lacking personal attention, how does the group class at movement inc feel in terms of attention to detail?
I think the coaches do manage some one on one even in the group classes. 
What I appreciate about movement inc is that they know when to push you and when to let you take it easy. 

6. What would you like to see improved at movement inc ? More one on ones? More coaches? A more active tracking of your nutrition? Tell us what we can do to make your experience with us better.
Maybe some more classes during the weekends!
7. Do you see yourself being able to eat and train and sustain the current lifestyle ?
Yes, definitely.

 I started training at Movement Inc in 2016, and it has made a huge positive impact on my everyday life. It is a stress buster for me.
I hope to continue to be  stronger and fitter. I am very grateful to the team at Movement Inc and especially to Adarsh Gopalkrishnan,  Apart from getting fitter, I have managed  to lose weight something I had given up on!

1. How has training with Movement  Inc improved your life?
* I strongly believe in staying fit, particularly after having been enrolled in the “60’s” Club. Since joining “Movement Inc” nearly two years ago, I have been able to maintain and improve my fitness levels which in turn has been a tremendous help in enhancing the quality of my life.

2. Walk us through how you approach eating differently now compared to before you started working with us?
Though I have been very conscious of what and how much I eat, the dietary advice and nutritional pointers given to me has contributed positively to my eating habits. It has made me very aware of what food products and fresh food I should pick. This new approach has set the tone to a healthy menu at home for my family as well.

3. How do you feel walking into a training session with Movement Inc ? 
Simply stated, I enjoy my training sessions. I look forward to it with zeal and enthusiasm. Walking into Movement Inc gives immense pleasure. The openness, ample space, fresh  air, and sea and the breeze, is very invigorating and sets the tone for the exercise regimen to follow.

4. Do you feel the work ethic or exercise schedule you've adopted is something you can sustain for a while?
I do believe that the exercise regimen designed for me is something that I am very comfortable with and can sustain for more than a while, without any doubt.

5. What is your experience with the coaches at movement inc? Group classes have a reputation for lacking personal attention, how does the group class at Movement Inc feel in terms of attention to detail?
I have in the past used many fitness centres, both here and outside the country, but nowhere have I seen Coaches with such dedication and diligence who are attuned and sensitive to the requirements of a member. And contrary to what is mentioned above on groups, never once have I experienced a lack of attention. Quite honestly Adarsh, i am amazed at your attentiveness and uncanny penchant for homing in on the slightest discomfort or difficulty that an individual member is experiencing, and promptly recommending remedial steps !!! My hats off to you Adarsh !!!

6. What would you like to see improved at Movement Inc ? More one on ones? More coaches? A more active tracking of your nutrition? Tell us what we can do to make your experience with us better.
Although as they say there is always room for improvements, i for one cannot really think of anything that is lacking. As mentioned you excel in all areas.
7. Do you see yourself being able to eat and train and sustain the current lifestyle ?
Most certainly and without a doubt.
