Online exercise sessions can be a mindless experience with cheerleaders posing as coaches. We want to shake this up. Virtual movement combines quality coaching, clear instruction with considered programming.
Our workouts, which are live-streamed, complete with demos, place an emphasis on patterning, mobility and eccentric strength while encompassing patterns like squats, hinges, pulls, pushes, lunges and carries. If you have equipment available, our program factors for that too. 
The stream is conducted live by one coach and intently monitored in real time by 2 or 3 coaches who answer your queries, check your form and cue you proactively. 
Recording of the live sessions will be sent to you each day, allowing you to catch up on a missed session or workout at your convenience. 
Virtual Movement currently runs at 6:00 am, 7:30 am, 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm IST. We will update you here as more sessions are added.
We record skill based tutorials in an opportunity for us to fine tune your skills  and re-pattern moves you’ve been struggling with. 
If you haven’t worked with us in the past, we run you through a one on one assessment virtually to understand your training and injury history before we sign you up for our virtual service.
